Rewards Program Terms & Conditions

These terms are designed to keep the program simple, fair, and fraud-resistant. By enrolling, you agree to the following:

• Eligibility: Rewards points are available to our registered retail customers only. Sorry, our reseller/wholesaler accounts are excluded.
• Earning rate: Earn at a rate up to 5% of the parts MSRP depending on the category of part (excluding shipping, taxes, fees, and after all applied discounts/reward redemptions taken).
• Redemption value: 1 point = $1. Points cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Where points apply: Points may be used on eligible future parts purchases only at www.27WON.com. Points are not able to be used to cover other associated costs like shipping, taxes, or certain restricted items like gift certificates.
• Posting delay: Points are added to qualified accounts 3 weeks after the order is shipped and you're sent tracking details
• Returns & cancellations: If an order is returned, refunded, or canceled, points earned from that order will be removed and any redeemed points will be re-adjusted.
• Expiration: Points expire 12 months after they are issued.
• Account required: Points are tied to the customer account used at checkout. Purchases made without logging in may not earn points.
• Abuse & fraud: 27WON may suspend accounts or revoke points for suspected abuse, fraud, or policy violations.
• Changes: 27WON may modify or end the program at any time. If we do, we’ll aim to do it reasonably and keep earned points valid until expiration.
