Like other parts of your vehicle, brake pads are what we call consumables. They do not last forever. Got a lead foot or are heavy on the brakes? You might need to replace your brake pads sooner rather than later. Have a long highway commute or don’t drive very often, well then you may have longer timelines until you need a new set of pads
Regardless, making sure you have enough meat on your pads is crucial to maintaining braking performance throughout the life of your Big Brake Kit. And when the time comes for replacements, well you can grab a fresh set of pads right here.
Our sport blue pads are designed with the goal of solid braking feel and shorter stopping distances in mind.
These pads utilize a semi-metallic compound which is ideal for spirited daily use and even light track/auto-x days so we refer to it as an all-around pad. If you’re looking for a dedicated softer “street” or more aggressive “race” pad, please check out our list of compatible pads from various manufactures at the bottom of this page.
- Front brake pad replacements are compatible with all 27WON Big Brake Kits. Rear brake pads are compatible with only the 27WON S2000 Big Brake Kit
- Existing hardware can be reused. New hardware can be purchased by emailing or calling us.
We recommend checking the depth of your brake pads at every oil change to ensure you have enough pad life left.
Once your pads get below 25% or ~4mm, consider ordering a new set of pads to be able to change them out when the time comes.
This kit comes with 4 brand new brake pads for a complete swap.
