The 27WON rear brake rotors use 2-piece construction. The rotor hat (center piece) is manufactured from aluminum and coated with a protective finish to resist corrosion and rust. Aluminum is used for substantial weight savings over a steel counterpart. The rotor rings (outer pieces) are where the major performance benefits come into play. These are shipped with a zinc black coating that also protects against corrosion for areas where the pad does not contact the rotor. Otherwise, the coating wears off once the brake pads start to bed in for a clean silver look.

These outer rings have an increased diameter to 350mm & thickness to 12mm allowing larger thermal capacity of the braking system. In simple terms, there is more rotor material available to absorb and manage the heat generated during repeated braking. This is something the rear brakes often see without you even knowing…stability control will brake the inside wheel whether you ask it to or not under spirited driving. These outer rings are also replaceable just by themselves while keeping the inner rotor hat.

On top of that, these larger rotors feature slots to sweep away debris and brake pad gases that can build up during aggressive stopping. This helps ensure a clean rotor surface so that the brake pads bite consistently for a solid feel stop after stop.

Our caliper upgrade mounting bracket retains the OEM electronic parking brake actuator allowing you to use your parking brake for OEM functionality. This upgrade is also engineered to work with the stock ABS system while keeping proper braking bias front to rear.

• The 27WON BBK is designed to be used with 18" inch or larger diameter wheels. Popular options like TE 37s (18x10) and Titan 7 T-S5 (18x9.5) do not require spacers. If wheel fitment is a concern, a small hub centric spacer can always be used (not included).
• Fits factory 19” and 20” wheels without the need for any spacer.
• We recommend checking your rear pads when performing this install and replacing them proactively for the longest rotor life.
• Black zinc coating on rotor ring surface is designed to wear off after several hundred initial miles. The non-friction areas will retain the coating for rust & corrosion prevention.
